I only need 1 package sent to me. What would it cost?
You pay NOK 149 for our handling plus shipping at cost. Estimate it with the calculator.
I will send 3 separate orders. What does forwarding them as one package cost?
Consolidation costs NOK 35 per extra package plus NOK 149 handling, with free repacking if you choose. One heavier package is usually much cheaper than three.
How do I know the shipping fees I will pay?
Use our calculator for a quote on most sizes. For very small letters or oversized items, contact us for a customized quote.
What items are forbidden?
Anything that cannot be handled by the carrier, exported from the EU, or imported to Norway. See customs information. If in doubt, ask us.
Can you insure packages?
All packages carry the basic shipping protection of each carrier. Full extra insurance is available at NOK 20 per 100 EUR of declared value (2%).
Should I expect extra fees?
No hidden fees. Only the payment processing cost for handling funds on your behalf: 1.7% for EU cards, 3.25% for non-EU cards. Norwegian import VAT and toll are invoiced by the carrier, not us — see customs.
